ABSTRACT

A study (started 1976) to determine the possibilities of utilizing the WIND to electrically power the vast rural areas on many countries to increase the utilization of these areas for human habituation. The possibilities were determined after the many experiments utilizing the OLD WIND MILL of the Dutch located within the Netherlands. Utilizing these existing designs for the basic elements of the WINDS POWER to re-direct (concentrate) the WIND’S ENERGY to create effectively useful work. Vertical Power Wind Technology (VPWT) was born. This concept could be utilized in the VAST REGIONS of EARTH on a trial bases that would yield many perfections at considerable less expense. When this methodology was launched in the rural areas all of the BUGS could be worked out in these trial areas at considerable less time and costs. These trail studies have been going on since the inception to perfect the methodology and they could be re-searched further and perfected on the MOON.

Now, with the advent of many different methodologies over the years some have become the standard for the WIND POWERED industry. YES!!! It is evident that “WIND POWER” does exist in all regions of the Planet and “WIND POWER FOR HUMAN HABITATION” is the most practical methodology for humans to exist on the MARS surface. IT is clearly evident by all scientists that the Wind Power methodology MUST have an increased utilization for the survival of humans in the NEXT century on this or any other PLANET.
